With delivery of the National Energy Skills Accelerator’s (NESA) Just Transition Fund project, supported by Scottish Government’s Just Transition Fund for the North East and Moray, now complete NESA has analysed course and student data to explore the wider impacts of the project. Over 700 fee-waiver places were provided, removing barriers and enabling hundreds of North East Scotland residents to undertake energy related training. This project also enabled the developed of 15 new courses which will help to train the future energy workforce, and provide the people of the North East with the skills needed for sustainable, rewarding careers.
